How do I submit an offer on a domain name that is listed on Devuu ?

 

We provide a large selection of premium domain names for purchase and rent on our website. Once you have decided which method is good for you, simply fill the offer form and submit an offer for that domain.

 

I sent an offer on a domain name, how long will it take to receive a response?

 

We try our best to respond to offers within hours or one business day but it can be delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances.

 

What would happen after I submit an offer on a domain name?

 

Your offer may be accepted, countered or declined within reasonable time frame. Negotiations can take as little as one day or up to a few weeks. For this, We recommend you make your best offer for a domain from the start so that time can be saved and your offer is accepted.

 

What are my payment options? And are there any additional fees*?

 

We accept the following payment methods:

All those services provide Wire, and Paypal, as well as Credit Cards.  Based on payment method you choose, fees might vary greatly. Simply visit one of these two US licensed escrow service providers and enter the purchase price using their online calculator.

 

How secure and reliable is Escrow.com and PayoneerEscrow.com?

 

Both Escrow.com and PayoneerEscrow.com are trusted third party escrow services that collect, hold and disburse funds according to buyer and seller instructions. Both are   licensed and government regulated escrow services.

 

Who pays the Escrow fees?

 

The buyer is responsible for any transfer costs that may be required move the domain name to their registrar of choice in addition to all escrow fees.

 

 

Buying a Domain at Devuu

 

How do I purchase a domain name?

 

Purchasing a domain name on Devuu is safe and easy. Once an agreement is reached on the price, Devuu will facilitate payment and transfer of ownership. We typically use Escrow.com and PayoneerEscrow.com for third party escrow services.

 

How much time it takes to complete the transfer of the domain name?

 

Under normal circumstances, the transfer completes within 2-7 business days. It will depend on the form of payment you choice to pay with and the day of the week transaction started. We do our best to complete the transfer as soon as possible.

 

Can I pay in installments?

 

Installment payments, over 6, 12 or 24 months periods, may be available at the sole discretion of the Devuu. You can inquire about it on the offer page.

 

What are the ongoing costs associated with owning a domain name?

 

As the owner, you are responsible for paying annual renewal fees charged by your registrar (usually between $10-$50 USD). Failure to pay annual fees on time could result in the loss of your domain name. Please note that Devuu is not responsible for any kind of loss after the domain is transfer to your registrar.

How long can I rent a domain name for?

 

Devuu standard rental agreements are for 6, 12 or 24 months.

 

Can I negotiate a buyout option?

 

Devuu may offer to Renter, at its sole discretion, an option to purchase the Domain Name for a set Purchase Price (Buyout Option).

 

Can someone else purchase the domain while I am renting it?

 

No, Devuu enters into an exclusive rental agreement with you. Subject to terms of the Rental Agreement, and provided you meet the monthly installments required, you have full exclusivity to the domain name.

 

Who controls the domain name? Can I transfer it to my chosen registrar?

 

You have control of the content on the domain name via the Domain Name Server (DNS). Devuu will change the name servers upon your request. Devuu will maintain administrative control of the domain name and be responsible for its annual renewal costs. If however you buy the name, you will own it 100%

 

Can I publish anything on the domain name I am renting?

 

Some types of content have been deemed inappropriate for use across our network and there are restrictions. Examples of such content are listed in the rental agreement. If you have questions regarding whether or not your intended content is considered inappropriate, please get confirmation from us before posting such content.
